Christmas in Frejlev 2001
On the afternoon of Christmas Eve 2001 weset out to search for a prehistoric tomb called
"Mules Grav" about three miles from our house...
Jakob, Mathilde, Jonas, Vibeke, and Per setting out...
Mathilde solo
- but although the tomb is marked on our local map...
...more map reading...
...and although Vibeke almost vanished into the wilderness...
...and we climbed slopes in the woods...
...and wandered far off the beaten track...
...when we got there, we weren't sure this was really it.
But the walking experience was a success, though,
and we did work up an appetite for the duck roasting in the oven.
So we returned quite happy...
...but are determined to go looking for it again,
only this time with more information about its exact whereabouts.
